This course meets the Oregon Construction Contractors Board continuing education requirement for Building Exterior Shell Training.
Attention: After October 1, 2011, All Construction Contractors Board (CCB) residentially licensed contractors must complete the Building Exterior Shell Training (BEST) course in order to renew their license.
· BEST is a mandatory continuing education course for licensed residential contractors to be completed prior to license renewal.
· BEST is designed to help contractors identify common sources of moisture intrusion and provide construction practices to prevent water damage.
· Regardless of whether you work on the building exterior, this is a required class for all CCB contractors with residential endorsements.
· The HBA is hosting a video broadcast of this class. BEST is also available online at Home Builders University (homebuildersuniversity.com)
· This class counts for 3 required Core Credit Hours towards your Construction Contractors Board CCB continuing education requirements.
